I think the saddest things in life are the things that never happen. The could haves. The what ifs?. The I should haves. The regrets. If sad things happen, yes they're sad in the moment, but you get over them. If it never happens, you can't get over it. you can't get over something that never happened. You cant change what you never did.

So your answer, don’t be scared of failure

You have to remember, things you don't say in the moment, are never said. Things that you say and you regret, are over time, forgotten. The things you never said, are forever engrained on your heart and burns through your veins. You can apologize later for things you said, but you can't recreate the moment to say something you never did. You can try to tell them later, but the moment to admit may never come.

Sometimes you just have to let go. Be reminded that God has everything in His hands. He knows what's going to happen and it's all in His plan. Everything that happens is because He wants it to. If you say something, it's meant to be. Don't stress about saying something. It's all meant to happen. You can't hide your feelings, because then they'll never know. And it's all gone to waste.

Life's too short to even care at all

Saying something can remind others of how they think. When you like someone, you might tell them you like them. And at that point, they don't like you. But, it will put the idea in their mind and they may start realizing they actually do care about you and have feelings for you. It's scary to make yourself vulnerable, but it could make all the difference. And if you never say something, they may leave and you'll never know what might have happened.

 Trust yourself to do the right thing. May times you talk yourself out of doing something. It's too big of a risk. You know something could go wrong. Make it awkward. Ruin the chance you had. But then, after you talk yourself out of something, you remember what could have happened if you had said it. So, instead of leaving it unsaid, talk yourself back into saying it. Remind yourself what made you think about doing it in the first place. It can only help.

If you never say something, how will people know? You keep it to yourself. People never find out you thought that. They leave. You're left wishing you had said it, even the high risk it was. You need the other person to try also for it to work out. But if you never tell them, how will they know? Even if you try as hard as you can, if the other isn't willing, it will never work. Tell them and they may return it.

 You aren't playing a game. You can't lose. Even if you think saying something might ruin something, you can't beat around the bush. Just state it. If it's how you're feeling, they deserve to know. It's who you are. It's your mind. If it's something to a friend, if they're a true friend they will appreciate the honesty. If it's the person you like, they might like you back and you'd never know and it may just burn out. if it's a person you don't like anymore, they'd rather have you break their heart than keep playing with their emotions and keep up a relationship you don't want.

2012 is coming to an end and 2013 is coming up quick. time to make a fresh start. 3 days left. Start the year off right. Get rid of your albatross. You never know what can happen. The New Year is a time for new ideas, new goals, and new relationships. The saddest things in life are the things that never happen. Make things happen. It's 2013, you survived another year, make it through the next loving it. Exist.
